SkipperSeil India is pleased to share the successful installation and commissioning of the 50/66 MVA, 161 kV/34.5 kV Power Transformer at the Cape Coast GRIDCo Substation in Ghana—our third consecutive transformer commissioned for GRIDCo in recent months.
This achievement reflects the steady and coordinated efforts of the Skipper team, GTA team and all stakeholder departments who ensured timely execution with professionalism and precision. We deeply appreciate the commitment demonstrated by every contributor.
As we continue strengthening transmission networks in Ghana, Skipper is also gearing up for higher rating transformer deployments in the country, aligned with upcoming grid expansion needs.
In Nigeria, Skipper’s presence remains strong with a large fleet of 330 kV / 165 MVA power transformers across multiple transmission corridors—reinforcing our long-term commitment to the region’s power infrastructure.
